The limitations in the quantification of sexual harassment in the workplace in Spain
Abstract
Sexual harassment in the workplace is the main topic of this article, undertaken in response to the need to shed further light on a reality of undeniable interest and relevance that has become a major social problem in the labor market. From the extracted information in an inquiry, now in course, the text presents and analyzes the many constraints under found professionals and researchers when they seek to provide quantitative information on the phenomenon. Through knowledge of these obstacles we can advance in the complicated task of defining and measuring sexual harassment in the workplace, either through greater transparency of information practices, or through the methodological decisions become more appropriate.
