Disciplinar Retrospectives: 3 Short Tales about Wilhelm Wundt

Abstract

In the history of each discipline there is the possibility of an institutional forgetfulness. In the academic scene of psychology and social psychology this always happened, at the rate of the conveniences and of the impositions of paradigms or disqualifications. For this reason, in the following lines it is done and shared a historical account on the life and work of Wilhelm Wundt, a persona transformed into historical comment, or intellectual adornment of didactic discourses coined in the university classrooms, because it is mentioned, but always in discreet ways, on the repercussions and consequences that his intellectual path displays. Three short histories are exposed, and it is tried to locate interdisciplinary crossings, whose intention is to put to discussion the history and the origins of psychology and social psychology.
