“La tecnología al servicio de la igualdad”: agenda de investigación sobre violencia sexual digital en España
Resum
En este trabajo estudiamos el fenómeno de la digitalización de la violencia sexual centrando nuestro análisis en la relación que hay entre las tecnologías digitales y las prácticas de violencia sexual digital, que afecta especialmente a adolescentes y jóvenes. Para ello, hemos entrevistado a ocho personas expertas en VSD, lo que nos ha permitido identificar nuevas prácticas de violencia sexual digital; ahondar en la conceptualización del continuum offline-online de la violencia sexual; e indagar sobre las affordances de las tecnologías digitales en la legitimación y perpetración de la violencia sexual desde una perspectiva de género. De nuestros resultados se desprende que para prevenir, sancionar y erradicar la violencia sexual digital hay que tener una aproximación integral que implique un trabajo con todos los actores: plataformas, perpetradores y víctimas. Además, también señalamos algunos puntos clave que, según las expertas, debería incluir una agenda de investigación sobre VSD en España.
