Empleabilidad y trabajo del profesorado universitario. Una revision del campo
Resum
Se presenta la revisión de publicaciones especializadas sobre empleabilidad y trabajo del profesorado universitario. Se consideran las dimensiones socio-económica y política, educativa, organizacional e individual. En cada una se recopilan aspectos que inciden en la relación del profesorado universitario con su trabajo, así como abordajes de la empleabilidad, estrategias de desarrollo, y actores implicados. Con base en ello se presenta una aproximación multidimensional, dinámica y situacional del fenómeno, que involucra diferentes actores sociales. En este abordaje se reconoce la influencia de aspectos estructurales e individuales que incluyen la agencia y la reflexividad. Se concluye recopilando algunos aspectos tratados y resaltando posturas críticas y paradojas que podrían señalar áreas de trabajo para la investigación posterior.Paraules clau
