El taller de planificación de la recuperación Activa’t per la salut mental: una valoración cualitativa
Resumen
Las herramientas de planificación de la recuperación ayudan a las personas a definir sus objetivos en el proceso de recuperación y a identificar los recursos que pueden usar para alcanzarlos, promoviendo el respeto a la autodeterminación y el derecho a la capacidad jurídica. Existe en Cataluña un taller de planificación de la recuperación adaptado al marco legal y la cartera de servicios local. El objetivo de este estudio fue explorar cómo valoran las personas que participaron del taller su utilidad y aplicabilidad. Se realizaron tres grupos focales y se aplicó un análisis temático de contenido. El principal aprendizaje destacado fue el propio concepto de recuperación personal, por su contraste con la recuperación clínica. Las personas participantes valoraron especialmente que el taller funcionara como un espacio de apoyo mutuo y aprendizaje colectivo, pero recomendaron incluir más historias de vida sobre experiencias de recuperación y ampliar la duración o el número de sesiones.
