Autoetnografía crítica de un hogar: Inseguridad residencial, salud mental y resiliencia en tiempos neoliberales
Resumen
Pudahuel es la dirección donde estaba el hogar que me vio crecer desde mi infancia hasta parte de mi juventud. A su vez, es una fisura decisiva que delimitó un antes y un después en mi vida. Hoy, luego de dieciocho años, afronto la vulneración del derecho a la vivienda que sufrí. Para conseguirlo, discuto en este trabajo cómo, desde la gubernamentalidad neoliberal, se instrumentalizó la resiliencia como técnica del yo frente a la inseguridad residencial y su daño en la salud mental. A través de la metodología autoetnográfica, me propongo analizar los significados que evoqué con la gubernamentalidad teorizada por Foucault. Comienzo contextualizando el fraude bancario que arremetió contra mi familia, específicamente en la Crisis Financiera Global. Posteriormente, ilustro el daño que la inseguridad residencial tiene sobre la salud mental. Finalmente, articulo críticamente la noción de resiliencia como técnica del yo.
