It’s seen a new man setting in this liquefied scenario, marked by the modification and extension of the notion of time and space electing the consumption as society parameter in view of the loss of reference of social institutions while organizing and guiding sphere of life, which challenges the individual to survive in the middle of the instability that all of this represent. Thus, the term employee seeks to demonstrate the existence of a new relationship between man and the world, marked by identity instability, the weakening link and establishing relationships mediated by sense of fear.
