Global Flexibility, synecdoche of progress

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to explore the flexibility, its uses, types and new concepts to address and empower the global flexibility as an integral tool to facilitate change, adapt to the environment in an advantageous manner and innovate. In times of economic, social, technological and global chances, like today, partners and organizations are claimed to increase their polyvalence and versatility, in order to move towards new organizational and dedication models. In this context and given the need to have a construct that broadly and inherently meets and baste transversely to the different stakeholders of the organization, its structures and forms and mediation between them emerges global flexibility. Despite the challenge of proposing and permeabilising a new construct, no less what it provides, as it is presented as a natural tool to empower wellbeing within organizational and social life.
