The current importance of the educational languages in the university and of his impact in the educational and academic practices

Abstract

This paper brings a reflection, from a pedagogical point of view, about the changes in the European educational area according to the Bologna Process. Regarding the discursive elements as well as the methodological proposals derived from the educational change, an analysis of the transformation of the educational model in the university is presented. This analysis also includes the educational changes produced in the teaching activity, the relationship between teachers and students, in addition to the impact that those changes have produced in the dynamic or the work load in the classroom. From a critical point about the discourse, the text is organized regarding to what the new languages are improving, hiding or discrediting to establish how to rethink the teaching and learning question in the new educational frame in Higher Education.

Rosa Marí Ytarte, Profesora Tiular de Universidad Universidad de Castilla- La Mancha Facultad de Ciencias Sociales

Licenciada en Ciencias de la Educación y Doctora en Pedagogía por la Universidad de Barcelona. En la actualidad es Profesora Titular de Universidad en la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales (Educación Social) de la Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, impartiendo las materias de “Interculturalidad y educación”, “ASC II, cultura y desarrollo local” y “Educación y Género”. Colabora también en el Curso de Especialista sobre Género impartido en la UCLM en la asignatura “mujer y espacio público”. Es Coordinadora del Grupo de Investigación en Educación Social de Castilla-La Mancha (GIES). Actualmente colabora en la Revista Aula Educativa, coordinando la sección de acción sociocomunitaria y forma parte del Consejo de Redacción de la revista “Pedagogía Social. Revista Interuniversitaria”, editada por la Sociedad Iberoamericana de Pedagogía Social, de la que es miembro.
